Join us as a Customer Service, Personal Banker in Clydebank.
You’ll be integral in guiding and supporting our valued branch customers, helping them to achieve their financial goals.
We’ll look to you to proactively find ways to continually enhance our customer banking experience.
We’ll support you to achieve a Foundation Certificate in Responsible Banking and build on your existing skills with full training.

What you'll do
* Be the first point of contact in our branches, providing outstanding service in every interaction.
* Work with high accuracy to ensure each customer has a seamless and positive experience.
* Have proactive conversations to understand customer needs and assist with banking requirements.
* Complete general banking requests such as payments, balance inquiries, and transfers.
* Help customers understand different banking methods and services.
* Identify opportunities to assist with simple financial products and collaborate with other teams for a seamless experience.

Your working pattern
Flexibility is required to work during branch hours (9am-5pm, Monday to Friday) and rotational Saturdays, including some bank holidays.
