Overview: One of my local government clients is seeking an experienced Development Project Manager to lead a Housing Planned Projects Team within Housing Asset Management division. This role is pivotal to the successful delivery of a significant capital programme, focusing on refurbishment, compliance, and small-scale development projects across the council’s housing stock.
