Duties
* Lead on a range of projects from inception through to completion
* Prepare building regulations, planning and technical information
* Produce design solutions and construction packages
* Liaise with clients and consultants to build and maintain strong working relationships
Requirements
* ARB registered
* Strong Post Part 3 qualification experience as an Architect within the UK
* Proficiency with Revit
* Experience managing projects across a range of sectors
* Strong drawing and design skills
* Strong attention to detail
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Live within a commutable distance to Stockport
