Insurance Solicitor (NQ-3 PQE)

The Role
Joining a highly regarded L500 team in Glasgow, where you will take responsibility for your own caseload while working closely with Senior Lawyers on complex, high-profile cases.
You’ll have the autonomy to develop your skills and client relationships, while being supported by a collaborative and approachable leadership team.
Your work will include:
* Managing a diverse caseload of pre-litigated and litigated EL/PL and disease claims
* Conducting detailed investigations, assessing liability and preparing robust defences
* Liaising effectively with clients, opposing solicitors, witnesses and courts
* Advising on all aspects of personal injury litigation and insurance law
* Supporting senior colleagues on complex and high-value claims
* Assisting with client development, training sessions, and networking events
This is an exciting opportunity to deepen your expertise in Insurance Litigation and play a key role within one of Scotlands most respected legal teams.
Your Experience
* NQ-3 years PQE with experience in Insurance Litigation or Personal Injury (Pursuer or Defender)
* Proven ability to manage EL/PL claims; exposure to motor, fraud, or disease cases is advantageous
* Strong understanding of Scottish Court procedures, including the Sheriff Court and Court of Session
* Excellent case management, organisational and communication skills
* A proactive, adaptable mindset and ability to manage multiple matters under pressure
* A genuine team player who also thrives with autonomy and client contact
