We are currently looking for a HR Administrator and talent specialise for a 6 month FTC based in a prime Zone 1 location with excellent transport links and close proximity to the City.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain employee records by updating HR databases and personnel files, ensuring all information is accurate and compliant with data protection legislation
* Support the recruitment process by posting job adverts, arranging interviews, liaising with candidates, and carrying out necessary pre-employment checks
* Assist with onboarding and offboarding, including preparing offer letters and contracts, collecting new starter documentation, and supporting induction processes
* Update and manage HR systems, producing reports and supporting with data analysis when required
* Help maintain and administer HR policies, procedures, and employee documentation
* Monitor and record absence, sickness, annual leave, and other forms of leave, keeping accurate records
* Respond to employee queries and provide administrative support across a range of HR functions
Key Skills and Qualifications:
* Proven experience in HR administration and talent acquisition, preferably within the media or advertising industry
* Exceptional organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment
* Strong presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal
* Ability to think on one's feet, work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines
* Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail
* Proficiency in HR software and systems, as well as Microsoft Office Suite
* A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field would be preferable.
