The unit supports rehabilitation for patients after recent diagnosis of stroke, providing the opportunity to see the patients journey and play a key part in their recovery. The unit provides 24/7 nursing care.
You will be a valuable member of the multidisciplinary team, supporting senior and supervising junior staff in the provision of competent, sensitive, and safe nursing care within the Community team and ICT care bedded units.
Key Responsibilities
* Take responsibility for running of the department during a shift in the absence of more senior staff
* Take responsibility for assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care for a group of patients
