We are currently recruiting enthusiastic and reliable Teaching Assistants to support teaching and learning in primary schools across Macclesfield for the new academic year. Key Responsibilities:
Support the class teacher in delivering engaging and effective lessons
Assist pupils with their learning in small groups or on a 1:1 basis when required
Help create a positive and inclusive learning environment
Contribute to classroom organisation and preparation of learning materials
Support pupils' social, emotional, and behavioural development
Work collaboratively with teachers, SENCOs, and other support staff
Role Requirements:
Previous experience working with children in a school or similar setting
A genuine passion for working with children and helping them reach their full potential
Good communication and teamwork skills
Flexibility, patience, and a proactive attitude
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one)
Right to work in the UK
