* Support classroom teachers across a range of subjects
* Work 1:1 or in small groups with students who need additional academic or emotional support
* Help manage classroom behaviour and promote a positive learning environment
* Assist with planning and preparation of lessons and resources
* Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback to teaching staff
* A graduate (any subject welcome - English, Maths, Science, Psychology, Humanities etc.)
* Passionate about working with young people and making a difference
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Proactive, organised, and enthusiastic
* Previous experience in a school or youth work setting is helpful but not essential
* Supportive staff and a strong leadership team
* Comprehensive training and opportunities for CPD

* Daily pay between £89 - £100
