Job Overview:
As a Reservations Agent, you will be responsible for handling guest inquiries, processing reservations, and ensuring a seamless booking experience. This role requires flexibility to work across various shifts, including weekends, to meet business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
 * Handle guest enquiries for hotel room bookings efficiently and professionally.
 * Process individual and group reservations accurately, following hotel policies.
 * Provide exceptional customer service and address guest concerns promptly.
 * Maintain accurate records and filing systems for reservations.
 * Collaborate with the Sales and Front Office teams to maximize occupancy and revenue.
 * Assist with guest check-ins and check-outs during peak times as required.
 * Adhere to company standards and procedures for correspondence and service delivery.
Additional Information
Experience is an asset
Prior experience working with Opera or a related system
Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
Fluency in English, additional languages are a plus
