About the Role
Are you ready to take your career to the next level? Freedom is on the lookout for a Senior Authorised Engineer / Senior Authorised Person with authorization up to 11kV. This is your chance to join a dynamic and growing team, making a real impact across the North West.
Your primary mission? To provide SAP services on our framework contracts, focusing on changing ground-mounted 11kV plant and underground cables across the ENW and SPEN DNO areas. If you’re passionate about electrical engineering and want to be part of something bigger, we want to hear from you!
Your Key Responsibilities
* Work with voltage levels of 11kV and above.
* Cover the geographical area of North West England.
* Engage in secondary switchgear changes, including work on transformers, RMUs, 11kV panel boards, and LV boards.
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience in providing the above duties.
* Previous work on DNO networks, ideally with Electricity North West.
* Authorization as an 11kV SAP.
* Full UK Driving Licence is a must.
* Asbestos UKARTA course is desirable.
* Confined Spaces certification is a plus.
