The role involves providing an enabling environment where all children can play, learn, and develop. Work
As an apprentice, you will work at the company and gain hands-on experience, developing new skills alongside experienced staff.
Responsibilities
* Deliver the EYFS effectively, ensuring the individual needs and interests of children are met in collaboration with team members.
* Support all staff and engage positively within the team.
* Carry out duties in compliance with the Inclusion policy.
* Identify areas where you can be most useful within the nursery, being aware of children's needs.
* Be flexible with working practices, undertaking additional duties such as domestic tasks, snack preparation, and equipment cleaning as needed.
* Report concerns regarding children, parents, or safety to the manager/deputy/room leader, maintaining confidentiality.
* Participate in out-of-hours activities, including training and staff meetings.
* Read, understand, and adhere to all relevant policies and procedures for safe nursery operation.

The apprenticeship includes regular training sessions, with at least 20% of working hours dedicated to training or studying.
