Digital Account Director – Client Services Location: London (Hybrid working) Salary - circa £55K About the Role We’re looking for an experienced Digital Account Director to lead senior client relationships and drive strategic digital delivery across key agency accounts. This is a client-facing leadership role, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced agency environment and enjoys turning complex client challenges into impactful digital solutions. You’ll act as a trusted partner to senior stakeholders, own account performance and commercial outcomes, and work closely with strategy, creative, media, and technology teams to deliver best-in-class work. What You’ll Be Doing Client & Strategic Leadership Own and lead senior client relationships across one or more key accounts Act as a trusted advisor, shaping digital strategy aligned to client business goals Lead strategic planning sessions, roadmap development, and quarterly business reviews Identify opportunities for account growth, upsell, and cross-sell Account & Commercial Ownership Take full responsibility for account health, including revenue, forecasting, and profitability Oversee scopes of work, contracts, and change control Partner with agency leadership and new business teams on organic growth opportunities Delivery Oversight Provide senior oversight of digital delivery across disciplines including web, UX, performance marketing, CRM, data, content, and paid media Ensure work is delivered on time, on budget, and to a high standard Proactively manage risks, issues, and senior-level escalations Team Leadership Lead, mentor, and support Account Directors and Account Managers Champion best practice in client service and agency ways of working Collaborate closely with delivery, strategy, creative, and media teams Performance & Reporting Oversee reporting, insights, and performance reviews Ensure clients receive clear, actionable recommendations and measurable results
