Position Overview
This is a highly targeted, sales-focused role that requires dedication and resilience. Success in this position can be highly rewarding within Homebase.
Responsibilities
Your main goal is to provide exceptional service to our customers by selling new kitchens, bathrooms, or bedrooms from our extensive ranges.
Daily tasks include calling customers to follow up on leads, scheduling appointments, producing quotes, conducting home visits, and utilizing your creativity and sales skills to recommend the best room solutions for their homes.
You will receive support from your store manager, divisional sales manager, and our Learning & Development teams, who will provide training and guidance. Ultimately, your performance is your responsibility.
What We Are Looking For
* Sales Expertise: Proven ability to close sales and build strong customer relationships.
* Confidence: Comfortable following up on leads and making cold calls to new contacts.
* Creativity: Ability to use interior design flair and CAD software to create appealing room designs.
