They’re looking to hire a Head of Marketing to define and deliver the Marketing strategy. This is a VERY hands‑on role, whilst you will have agency support and a decent budget, you will not have a team underneath you straight away.
What skills do you need to have to be considered?
* ⭐️ You need to have at least 7 years Marketing experience within an FMCG environment, ideally for a challenger Food/Drink brand.
* ⭐️ Strong experience across Trade, Shopper and Brand Marketing is extremely important.
* ⭐️ Experience working with marketing agencies and freelancers is important.
* ⭐️ You need to have worked for a brand which trades in Grocery Retail, unfortunately candidates without this experience won’t be suitable.
* ⭐️ You need to be comfortable operating as a 1 person marketing team to begin with, without a team underneath you.
