Job Description
The role of Senior Property Manager is responsible for the day‑to‑day management of a portfolio of developments in and around the South East of England. Key responsibilities include:
* Responsible for all management aspects of all developments within the portfolio.
* Conduct development inspections to ensure the company’s responsibilities are met.
* Proactively communicate with customers regarding our management of their development, ensuring communication strategies are achieved and reviewed on a regular basis.
* Manage the relationship with the customer, responding to queries, building positive relationships with stakeholders, reporting regularly to clients, and attending meetings as required.
* Resolve customer complaints effectively and in a timely manner.
* Liaise with Accounts to ensure accurate financial management of the development.
* Source, appoint and manage competent trade persons to undertake works across the portfolio.
* Ensure works undertaken by contractors are of suitable quality and cost‑effective.
* Ensure all Health & Safety and industry legislation is adhered to.
Qualifications And Skills
* At least 2 years’ experience in the residential property management sector.
* A proven track record in customer service with excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate well with individuals at all levels.
* Must have a full UK driving licence.
* Proven track record of budgeting and account management.
* Previous experience of contract management.
* Intermediate computer skills in Microsoft packages.
* Client‑focused, organised, self‑motivated, with the ability to use own initiative and work to tight deadlines.
* Attention to detail, whilst keeping perspective and making informed decisions.
