Location: London (hybrid – 3 days in office)
Role: Grocery Account Manager for a fast-growing UK challenger brand in the breakfast space, responsible for key grocery and high street retail accounts and delivering best-in-class customer plans.
Responsibilities
* Lead relationships with top grocery and high street retailers (major multiples, health & wellness, and impulse channels).
* Own customer-specific plans—from annual JBP to sell-in, promotions, and in-store activations.
* Hit revenue, margin, and other commercial targets with precise forecasting and budget management.
* Use insights and data to spot opportunities, stay ahead of competitors, and drive category growth.
* Work cross-functionally with marketing, supply, and category to deliver flawless execution.

* Proven commercial track record and strong negotiation skills.
