We are currently looking for a part time Store Assistant to join our Kings Heath store.
Hours and shifts will vary across Monday to Sunday.
About the Job
* You will provide support to the Store Management in the efficient day to day operations of the store in order to achieve or exceed the Sales Targets whilst delivering world class customer service.
* -Greeting customers and providing excellent customer service.
* Making sure that the products and store are well presented.
* Unpacks all products received and displays the merchandise on the sales floor with the correct price in an efficient and productive manner.
* Helping our customers get just what they need.
* Handling cash and card transactions, taking orders and resolving customer queries.
* Working to the Clive Mark Customer Service standards in order to meet or exceed customers expectation and satisfaction.

About You

* Flexible to work different shifts across 7 days and up to 8pm in the Summer.
* Has the capability to forge a good working relationship with junior and senior staff members contributing to a winning team culture.

* Displays a high level of integrity
* Is trustworthy and honest
* Numerical with a good understanding of cash handling and till functionality.
* Previous retail experience is preferable.
What you need to know
* variable hours per week
* shifts Monday to Sunday with various start and finish times. Shop is open 9-5 in the winter and the Summer has longer hours with 1 late night a week and Sundays.
