Housekeeper
As a Housekeeper, you will work as part of a busy and vibrant team to ensure that all of our guests experience wonderful stays in immaculate rooms.
Daily Responsibilities:
1. Providing the highest level of hospitality
2. Responding to guest comments and issues professionally and rectifying any problems promptly
3. Cleaning bedrooms to the required standards within set time frames
4. Following hotel procedures at all times
We're looking for a detail-oriented and passionate Housekeeper to join our team. The standard of our bedrooms will leave a lasting impression on our guests. You will need a keen eye for detail, enjoy meeting targets, and have great communication skills to interact warmly with team members and guests.
You should be calm under pressure, react effortlessly to unexpected circumstances, and take challenges in your stride. If you are passionate about maintaining high standards and delivering excellent guest experiences, this role could be perfect for you.
