The Business Administration Apprentice will contribute to the efficiency of the business through support of functional areas, working across teams and resolving issues as requested. The post involves developing, implementing, maintaining and improving administrative services. There is a customer facing element to this role and a key focus will be in supporting our customer engagement and sales administration functions. Person Specification The ideal candidate will: • Be highly organised with the ability to manage multiple workloads. • Have excellent attention to detail and accuracy. • Have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, and be able to learn new systems quickly. • Work proactively and with good judgement. • Be able to build and maintain positive working relationships within the T&L team. • Be eager to learn and develop Qualifications: • Candidates must hold GCSEs in maths and English at A-C or 4-9 grade. • Prospective apprentices must not hold an existing qualification at the same or higher level as this apprenticeship in a similar subject. If you hold international equivalents of the above qualifications, at the time of your application you must be able to provide an official document that states how your international qualifications compare to the UK qualifications.
