We're looking for a Site Supervisor who will deliver excellent service standards, while meeting SLA agreements and managing a cleaning and catering teams across multiple client sites.

Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Shift: 5 out of 7 - flexible
Rate of Pay: £14.10 per hour
Location: Herts HPFT NHS, Little Plumstead Hospital, Hospital Road, Norwich, Norfolk, England, NREW
Role Responsibilities:
1. Manage a cleaning and catering teams, including recruitment, training, and development
2. Deliver routine planned and periodic cleaning to a high standard
3. Manage catering operations on site, including, but not limited to - food ordering, food delivery, stock rotation etc.
4. Ensure staff follow task schedules and Health & Safety procedures
5. Monitor cleanliness standards, distribute uniforms, and manage stock levels
6. Handle issues professionally and escalate to line manager when needed
