What you'll be doing:
* Accountable to the team leaders for the correct transfer of information across the ALIS and MCS maintenance systems
* Configuration management and issue resolution
* Work proactively with their BAES / RAF / RN and LM colleagues to add value in the team, developing a network and relationships to enable tasks to be completed
* Co-ordinating and cross referring the maintenance activities undertaken and detailed within the Maintenance Control System (MCS) in to the Autonomic Logistics Information System (ALIS)
* Responsible for maintaining the integrity of the aircraft maintenance records, across MCS and ALIS ensuring the completeness of the information and configuration of the aircraft within ALIS (the aircraft system of record)
* Working closely with the maintenance track team leaders to support the progress of the aircraft maintenance package as detailed by the Statement of Work
Your skills and experiences:
Essential
* Understanding of aircraft documentation and the importance of system of record integrity in support of continuing airworthiness
* Understanding of the Part 145 maintenance concept and approach
* Completion of an Engineering Apprenticeship, ideally in Aeronautical Engineering, or Military equivalent apprenticeship / qualifications and/or time served practical experience within an aircraft maintenance organisation
Desirable
* Experience of working in a customer facing environment is advantageous
* F-35 experience is desirable but not essential
* Previous experience working on ALIS is preferred

The ALIS Data Management team:
In this role you will support the UK F-35 Maintenance Facility based at RAF Marham. Working in affiliation with a 5th Generation military aircraft, the only of its kind in the UK you will be the forefront of cutting edge defence technology. As a part of the ALIS Data Management team you will be working closely with both the Royal Navy and Royal Air Force as key customers.
