Now, we're happy to offer you an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Licensing Property Coodinator. This is a full-time, permanent position located in Worthing. You'll enjoy a standard workweek of 40 hours, Monday - Friday from 9:00am to 6:00pm The salary including OTE £25,000 - £29,000 subject to passed probation.
The Licensing Property Relationship Coordinator should be confidently able to apply for property HMO licenses on behalf of Landlords, as well as develop and maintain good working relationships and dialogue with local Councils. The Licensing Property Relationship Coordinator should be confident in delivering exceptional customer service to Landlords and Tenants alike. Develop and maintain an excellent level of Property Management technical expertise
Develop good working relationships and dialogue with local Councils
Confidently able to apply for property HMO licences on behalf of Landlords
Support the HMO Team Manager in monitoring and managing HMO properties and licence requirements
Manage maintenance of properties and maintenance identified from safety certificates, for example FRA’s
Develops a good working relationship with HMO Team colleagues, Property Management Team, Accounts Team, Compliance Team and the Lettings Team
