Here at Khuda Technology were seeking a skilled IT Support Engineer to provide Level 2 technical support and help keep our endpoint devices secure and running smoothly. Requirements Deliver Level 2 support for endpoint devices including desktops, laptops, and mobile platforms. Troubleshoot advanced hardware and software issues across Windows 10/11, macOS, iOS, and Android. Manage and maintain endpoint management tools like Microsoft Intune and SCCM. Deploy patches, software updates, and packages to keep all endpoints up to date. Ensure endpoint security compliance using antivirus, encryption (BitLocker), vulnerability management, and other security tools. Work closely with Level 1 Service Desk, providing support and escalating complex issues to Level 3 or vendors when needed. Document procedures, configurations, and troubleshooting steps to build a comprehensive knowledge base. Participate in projects such as device migrations, upgrades, and automation to improve IT efficiency. Skills 3 to 5 years experience in endpoint administration or desktop support. Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, macOS, iOS, and Android operating systems. Experience with endpoint management platforms, especially Microsoft Intune and SCCM. Familiarity with Active Directory, Group Policy, and scripting (PowerShell preferred). Understanding of endpoint security tools like Microsoft Defender, BitLocker, WDAC, DLP, and Microsoft Purview. UK Security Clearance at BPSS level or above. Excellent problem-solving skills and clear communication abilities.
