We are recruiting for 2 MEP Managers to join a well-established building services arm of a main contractor delivering two high-profile projects in Mayfair.
These opportunities are ideal for ambitious building services professionals with around 3-5 years' experience who are looking to develop their careers on technically interesting schemes with strong senior support and genuine progression.
Current projects include
* £15m MEP office fit out
This role would suit someone who wants broad exposure across design coordination, procurement, and project delivery, rather than being limited to a single narrow area.
The role
Working closely with senior project and MEP teams, you will support the delivery of MEP packages from pre-construction through to installation, commissioning and handover.
Responsibilities
* Assisting with design coordination across consultants, subcontractors and internal teams
* Supporting procurement of MEP (Mechanical, electrical, plumbing) packages and subcontractor management
* Reviewing drawings, technical submissions and specifications
* Monitoring progress against programme
* Helping maintain quality, compliance and health and safety standards on site
* Supporting commissioning, snagging and handover activities
* Building strong working relationships with project stakeholders
What we are looking for
* 3-5 years' experience within MEP, building services, construction or project engineering
* HNC, HND or degree qualified in Building Services, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Construction Management or similar
* A broad understanding of procurement, design and project delivery
* Strong communication skills and a proactive, can-do attitude
* Someone energetic, organised and keen to develop
* Ideally some exposure to fit out, refurbishment, commercial or hospitality projects
