Role Mission
The Concierge is the first point of contact for all guests, delivering a warm, polished, and seamless welcome. This role is central to creating an elevated customer journey, ensuring every visitor feels valued from the moment they arrive. With a focus on hospitality, exceptional service, and attention to detail, the Concierge supports clients and internal teams to curate memorable experiences.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver an exceptional welcome to all guests, ensuring a smooth and thoughtful hosting experience from arrival to departure.
* Uphold a consistently high standard of service that reflects the organisation’s values of warmth, excellence, and discretion.
* Support senior client-facing teams to enhance customer engagement and ensure seamless coordination across touchpoints.
* Assist with in-house events, special installations, and guest activations, contributing to polished and memorable experiences.
* Coordinate personalised services for key clients, which may include hospitality arrangements, transport coordination, and bespoke requests.
* Handle administrative tasks related to client services, such as booking restaurants, cultural venues, and exclusive experiences.
* Build relationships with hospitality partners to secure smooth access and curated recommendations for guests.
* Maintain strong local knowledge to offer informed suggestions that elevate the client’s visit to the city.
* Collaborate with the Client Experience team to ensure that all food, beverage, and hospitality elements meet the highest standards.
* Anticipate client needs and proactively identify opportunities to surpass expectations.
* Understand and consider individual client preferences to deliver personalised service.
* Support the comfort, ease, and overall journey of guests by overseeing all non-product hospitality elements.
* Maintain impeccable presentation of all guest-facing spaces.
* Build warm, professional relationships with clients, fostering a sense of familiarity and trust.
* Provide insights into client preferences to support future engagements and tailored invitations.
* Serve as a role model for hosting excellence across the wider team.
About You
* Experience in a Concierge, Front of House, or Personal Assistant role within luxury retail or hospitality.
* Demonstrated ability to provide refined, customer-focused service with discretion.
* Calm, composed, and reliable in fast-paced or high-pressure environments.
* Strong knowledge of local hospitality, culture, and entertainment, with the ability to make personalised recommendations.
* Proven ability to build genuine, trusting relationships and understand customer needs.
* Proactive, organised, and able to use initiative to deliver solutions independently.
* Confident communicating with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
* Warm, positive attitude with exceptional attention to detail.
* Well-connected within the hospitality or cultural sector (desirable).
* Strong teamwork abilities and the capacity to work autonomously when required.
* Good administrative and IT skills.
* Flexible and adaptable to meet evolving customer needs.
