The Role
* Lead with values-driven leadership, investing in team development
* Contribute to strategic decision-making for sustainable growth
* Manage teams using a coaching and collaborative approach
* Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
* Support clients in enhancing their environmental performance
* Help develop a robust project pipeline
* Assist in marketing and advertising efforts
* Collaborate with scheduling, resourcing, and other team leaders

Skills, Qualifications, and Experience
* Over 15 years in construction-related fields such as surveying, consultancy, architecture, planning, or M&E
* Over 15 years in client-facing roles
* Bachelor’s degree and Chartered Engineer status
* Team-oriented with initiative and attention to detail
* Strong communication skills and a personable personality
This full-time position is based in central Guildford, Surrey. Salary will be commensurate with experience and capability.
