Graduate Recruitment Coordinator – entry level role, Warrington
£24k Basic salary, monthly bonus, free parking
Pertemps Social Care are looking for Graduates who would like to make a career in recruitment.
Based in Warrington we already have a large successful team placing Social Workers into roles across the UK and we are looking to expand.
We are now looking for our next star performers who want to make a career in the recruitment industry.
This role is entry level and we will give you all the tools you need to make a success in the industry.
You will be involved in:-
1. Sourcing candidates
2. Ensuring we have a leading social media presence
3. Submitting candidates to roles nationwide
4. Ensuring our candidates are safeguarded for each role.
You will learn all aspects of recruitment giving you the opportunity to learn the best ways to become a top performer.
The ideal person will be:-
5. A recent Graduate with some work experience in a Customer Service or Sales environment.
6. Someone who is confident on the phone. Most of this role involves being on the phone and we want you to use these transferable skills with us.
7. Knows the right way to engage people in conversation – this role is all about developing relationships.
8. Great on social media – you will be involved in advertising for roles and raising our profile on our platforms
9. Be used to video calling – we use this to speak to our candidates
10. IT competent – we have lots of systems that we currently work on
11. Target driven – recruitment is all about hitting those targets and KPIs – you will be used to working to deadlines each week and achieving
