* Drive sales performance by achieving KPIs through effective leadership and sales initiatives.
* Monitor store performance, using data-driven insights to maximise profitability while managing budgets, expenses, and stock shrinkage.

* Experienced retail manager with a successful track record in premium, design-led, or lifestyle retail.
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, develop, and manage a team.
* Commercially savvy, with a focus on driving sales and managing budgets.
* Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
* Excellent organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
* Knowledge or passion for interiors and homewares a plus.
* Flexible and adaptable, comfortable working weekends and busy periods.
