This role will report directly to the Operations Director and involves working with an excellent team, with the drive to make lean improvements and develop processes.Role DescriptionResponsible for the day-to-day management of people resource in their areaFull responsibility for operational functions of the process areaMeet and exceed targets for efficiency, output, quality and wastageEnsure that output volumes are metPromote and ensure H&S standards are met throughout the functions at all levelsTake lead in performance developing, training and coaching of all staff.
