The Role:
We are looking to recruit a Management Team Secretary to join the Management Team (MHLD&A) at Netherton House.
The Management Team Secretary will provide an efficient and effective support service, offering comprehensive confidential secretarial and administrative support across the entire remit of the Management Team.

What you'll need:
* Professional qualification such as HNC in Business Admin, Secretarial Studies, Public Administration, or equivalent experience (minimum 5 years secretarial experience)
* Strong interpersonal skills in customer care
* Excellent communication skills
* Good organizational and planning skills
* Understanding of procedures and processes
* Ability to prioritize and work independently under pressure
* Proficient IT skills, including Microsoft Office
* Confidentiality, diplomacy, and discretion
Preferred additional skills:
* Experience as a department/personal secretary
* Knowledge of general office procedures and NHS systems
* Excellent literacy skills
* Audio typing skills
* Flexibility and effective team working
