Experienced groundworker required for ongoing residential developments across Ceredigion, within the Aberystwyth / Lampeter areas.
Experience required :
a) Installing & connecting foul and rainwater drainage pipes to correct falls
d) Installing kerbs.
e) Laying utility pipes and cables as required
f) Ability to operate machinery is a bonus (Telehandler, Excavator, Dumper)
g) Experience in the installation of Gabion Baskets to a high standard will be a huge benefit.
h) CIS registration
j) Ability to work with a small team of ground workers and labourers.
Full-time work is available for the right person, 8+ hours per day, up to 7 days a week.
Pay negotiable on experience - this is key, please don't expect £19 if you ar enew to building work, and have never been on a site before, the role involves and requires a range of skills and experience.

On our current site in Lampeter, we have about 4 to 6 weeks left. Work starts at 08.00 am and finishes at 16.30 pm.
You get 2 x 15-minute breaks during the day, and one 30-minute break for lunch, that one is unpaid, so 08.00 to 16.30 is 8 Hours.
Immeadiate start available for at least 2 people.
