The project is a cluster randomised feasibility trial assessing the acceptability, implementation and evaluation of the intervention across diverse UK workplace settings. The study aims to generate evidence to inform a future full-scale trial. The postholder will play a key role in the day-to-day delivery of the study, working closely with the research team to support recruitment of organisations and participants (workers and managers), coordinate data collection, assist with intervention delivery, and contribute to process and feasibility evaluation activities. The ideal candidate will hold (or be close to completing) a PhD in a relevant discipline, have experience of working with both quantitative and qualitative data, and have an interest in workplace health, long-term conditions and evaluating complex interventions.
