Are you an experienced Team Leader or Supervisor?
No previous waste industry knowledge required as full training provided, however managing a team and good customer service required
Plenty of training opportunities including mobile plant, first aid, health and safety. (No previous experience required)
About the Role
Location: Bideford Recycling centre, Devon
1. Salary £13.21 per hour
2. Working 16 hours per week in summer & 12 hours per week in winter
3. Shift pattern: Saturday and Sunday as the site only operates 2 days a week.
4. Start times: 09:45am & finish times are summer (April to September) 18:15pm, winter (October to March) 16:45pm
5. Opportunities for overtime on local sites to cover holidays and absence.
6. Full PPE provided

Key responsibilities will include:
7. Leading a team of Site Operatives
8. Assisting members of the public and be responsible for the customer experience
9. Completing any other reasonable duties when applicable

10. Excellent customer service skills with the desire to go the extra mile.
11. Supervisory experience / skills and be able to lead a small team
