Envisage Dental is a fast-growing dental group specialising in acquiring high-quality private dental clinics. We are proud to be a B Corp certified organisation, founded in 2014 by our Co-Founders, husband and wife team Harry Gill and Dr. Sandy Dau. We are redefining group dentistry by using our business as a force for good. We have an exciting opportunity for a B Corp Recertification Project Manager to join us on a 6 month fixed term contract basis to support us ahead of our recertification. Purpose of the Role We’re preparing for B Corp recertification in June 2026 and are looking for an experienced, detail-oriented project manager to coordinate the process. Work with internal teams to gather and validate supporting documentation (e.g. policies, People data, supplier evidence, environmental metrics). Ensure evidence is formatted, consistent, and ready for submission in line with B Lab requirements. Stakeholder Engagement Partner with ESG, People, Operations, Finance, and Clinical teams to ensure shared understanding of requirements and responsibilities. Facilitate working group meetings and provide regular progress updates. Act as the key liaison between the internal team and any external advisors or B Lab contacts. Submission Preparation Collate and review all final evidence and responses within the B Impact Assessment platform. Conduct internal quality checks and coordinate sign-offs prior to submission. Support any post-submission queries or clarifications from B Lab. Skills & Experience Understanding of B Corp certification, particularly the revised requirements from B Lab.
