The Role:
We are seeking a Cover Supervisor to join our team in Rotherham from September. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising classes during the absence of the regular teacher, ensuring that students remain engaged in their learning.
The Successful Candidate Will:
* Have experience working as a Cover Supervisor or in a similar role.
* Be an enthusiastic, highly motivated individual who leads by example.
* Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills with pupils, colleagues, and parents.
* Have the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
