Position: Midweight Designer / Motion Designer
Location: Bristol, UK – Hybrid working, 3 days in the agency each week, 2 days WFH
Salary: £35k + growth potential, plus annual bonus.

About you
You’re a talented and versatile designer / animator who’s equally as passionate about creative design, as they are about motion, animation and editing.
You’re someone who thrives in a collaborative environment—exploring concepts, sharing ideas, and working closely with a team. You have a strong creative flair, but you’re just as comfortable working within established brand guidelines when needed. Clear communication is one of your strengths, and you’re known for offering smart, creative solutions.
What you’ll bring:
* At least 3 years of industry experience in design and motion graphics
* A solid understanding of animation principles and the motion design process—from concept and storyboarding to final export
* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
* Bonus points if you have experience with 3D tools or techniques
What you’ll be working on:
* Retail media animations, including D6 posters and in-store digital screens
* Social and TV campaign animations and post‑production
* Internal and client‑facing showreels
* Digital design of brand websites
* Print design & artworking of varying retail media

You’ll work on a wide range of exciting projects—from early‑stage ideation through to polished final delivery—always with the support of a skilled and friendly team.
