Role: Food and Beverage Team Leader
Location: The Bay Filey, Yorkshire
Salary: £13.75 per hour – paid weekly

Responsibilities
* Lead by example and motivate a team of F&B assistants to deliver excellent service in the bar and restaurant.
* Serve customers, clear tables, solve problems, and manage the shift.
* Manage rotas to ensure appropriate coverage.
* Identify and share best practice, including upselling techniques.
* Help control margins by working with FOH and kitchen teams to manage food stock, minimise wastage, and keep costs sensible.
* Handle customer complaints and manage team performance.
* Build a motivated team that takes pride in customer delight, especially during peak periods.
* Work bank holidays and weekends as required.
Qualifications and Skills
* Previous experience in a fast‑paced F&B environment.
* Experience driving revenue – training provided.
* Strong problem‑solving ability and composure in difficult situations.
* Evidence of delivering excellence in customer service.
* Preferably a Level 2 hygiene certificate, though training can be provided on site.
* Experience in a holiday park setting is an asset but not required.
