Purpose
To guarantee the maintenance of mechanical processes to ensure high reliability during shifts, following Group standards, safety guidelines, and work instructions.
Main Responsibilities
* Intervene in case of mechanical breakdown and assist with troubleshooting equipment problems.
* Perform repairs and preventive maintenance according to standards and plans.
* Check equipment and systems, correcting issues as needed.
* Maintain high standards of mechanical operations and controls.
* Complete maintenance tasks and assist in equipment repair.
* Implement quality improvements, cost reductions, and productivity enhancements.
* Oversee mechanical devices during operation, listening for issues using testing instruments.
* Disassemble devices to replace inoperative parts with specific tools.
* Educate production staff on preventive maintenance to reduce downtime.
* Maintain records and files as requested.
* Participate in emergency on-call duty on a rotational basis and work flexibly across shifts.
* Maintain high housekeeping standards in the work area.
* Adhere to health & safety rules.
