Overview
We are seeking an experienced Deputy Contract Director to join our leadership team in London, supporting the operational management of one of our largest healthcare contracts. This is a hands-on role for a driven professional with a strong background in soft FM operational management within healthcare. You will work closely with the Contract Director to ensure the delivery of high-quality services, compliance with healthcare standards, and a focus on patient-centered outcomes.
Responsibilities
* Support the operational delivery of cleaning, catering, and patient experience services across the contract
* Lead, coach, and develop on-site teams to ensure excellent performance and staff engagement
* Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, infection prevention standards, and Medirest policies
* Monitor operational and financial performance, driving efficiency and continuous improvement
* Foster strong relationships with NHS Trust stakeholders and internal teams
* Implement innovative solutions to enhance patient, staff, and visitor experience
Qualifications and experience
* Proven experience in operational management within a healthcare soft FM environment
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire large, multidisciplinary teams
* Knowledge of healthcare compliance, infection prevention, and NHS service requirements
* Commercially minded with experience supporting contract performance and budget management
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
