Conveyancing Assistant – Experienced – Bradford – Full Time
A well-established law firm in Bradford is seeking an experienced Conveyancing Assistant to join their busy and supportive Residential Property team.
The Role:
You’ll be providing high-quality support to fee earners, assisting with a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion. Duties will include preparing documents, liaising with clients and third parties, handling post-completion work, and ensuring files are managed efficiently.
Requirements:
1. Previous experience working as a conveyancing assistant within a law firm.
2. Strong knowledge of the conveyancing process.
3. Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
4. Confident communicator with clients and colleagues alike.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
