Programme Lead – Passive Infrastructure & Digital Transformation

We’re hiring a senior Programme Lead to manage a nationwide transformation programme focused on site assurance and data integrity across a large passive infrastructure estate. This high-impact role will drive physical site surveys, digital data collection, and AI-enabled reporting to deliver a unified, accurate view of estate condition and safety.
You’ll manage a phased delivery programme, interface directly with senior leadership and board-level stakeholders, and lead a team through complex change. The role demands strong programme governance, supplier management, and the ability to influence behaviours across partners and internal teams.
Key Skills & Experience:
* Proven track record in delivering large-scale transformation programmes
* Deep understanding of site delivery and digital environments
* Strong stakeholder management and conflict resolution skills
* Familiarity with Prince2, MSP, PMI or SAFe Agile
* Experience with real-time reporting, data governance, and strategic planning
* High emotional intelligence and leadership presence
