We have an exciting opportunity on behalf of our international energy and services client for 6 Electrical Trainers to join their growing team in the delivery of technical training for external engineers.
This role offers a minimum of 10 days of work each month with additional ad hoc opportunities, as our client's training delivery demand increases. You can be based from any of the locations listed above.
Key Accountabilities
* Deliver high-quality technical training related to electrical engineering
* Manage group learning journeys for engineer training cohorts
* Achieve performance targets related to success rates and timely skills and qualification attainment
* Handle all administrative tasks related to engineer training, assessments, and quality assurance
* Lead by example in safety performance within the workplace
* Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE&I), fostering an inclusive culture and environment
* Maintain your own Continuing Professional Development (CPD), ensuring compliance with industry standards, legislation, and relevant competencies
* Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders to ensure quality and timely delivery of training solutions
What are the requirements?
* Electrical Installation and Maintenance NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) (electrician only)
* 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (electrician only)
* Inspection and Testing certification (electrician only)
* Experience in training or mentoring others
* Relevant qualifications for accredited courses are advantageous
* Knowledge of green skills technologies
* Understanding of safeguarding requirements
