As a TA, this is an excellent opportunity to support pupils in their learning, assist teachers in the classroom, and contribute to a positive and inclusive school environment. Responsibilities as a Teaching Assistant: Support teachers in delivering engaging lessons and activities. Work 1:1 or with small groups of pupils to reinforce learning. Assist with classroom organisation, resource preparation, and general supervision. Encourage positive behaviour and help create a safe, inclusive learning environment. Support pupils’ social, emotional, and educational development. Requirements for Teaching Assistant: Experience working with children in a school setting is desirable. Caring, patient, and adaptable approach. Strong communication and teamwork skills. A valid, enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service (or willingness to apply). · A CV covering the last 10 years of employment history, with gaps clearly explained.
