Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
* In conjunction with the divisional Director, create a clear vision and strategy for the desk with relevant milestones in place to measure performance
* Inspire others to turn those strategic goals into reality
* Maintain relationships with our existing clients, as well as conducting business development calls to win new business to build on your database of new client companies
* Involvement in the strategic direction for the team, from hiring to market mapping
* Developing and maintaining an expert knowledge of the specialist sector and market
* Ignite and embed a positive and agile culture of change. Drive passion and commitment through your teams, LEAD FROM THE FRONT
The ideal candidate profile:
* 2 years + of previous experience.
* Proven experience of working in agency recruitment.
* Strong organisational skills: the role will require the individual to 'multi-task'
* Outstanding communication and influencing/interpersonal skills
* Professional/self-motivated demeanor and attitude, a team player
* Entrepreneurial spirit and confident attitude - thrives on working under pressure and to tight deadlines
