Job Description
The Court of Protection Solicitor will be:
3. Managing high-value deputyships and private trust cases
4. Preparing and submitting applications to the Court of Protection
5. Supporting property purchases and adaptations for clients
6. Overseeing budgets and monitoring investments
7. Collaborating with specialists to ensure client needs are met
The Successful Applicant
The Court of Protection Solicitor should be:
8. A solicitor or equivalent with 1+ years PQE
9. Experienced in deputyships, statutory wills and private trusts
10. Skilled in client care, communication and drafting
11. Empathetic and professional in sensitive situations
12. Ideally familiar with clinical negligence or catastrophic injury cases
