We are currently seeking to recruit professional and personable patient care coordinator to join our Bury St Edmunds team on a full-time basis, working Monday to Saturday, 9:00am – 6:00pm, with one weekday off. As a patient care coordinator, you’ll be the welcoming face and voice of our dental practice, ensuring every patient feels supported and valued from their first contact with us. Key duties will include; Greet and assist patients in a warm and professional manner Handle phone calls, appointment bookings, and patient enquiries Manage front desk duties and administrative tasks efficiently Coordinate daily schedules and communications with clinical staff Uphold the high standards of the Tooth Club brand Join Tooth Club and take the next step in your career with a practice that truly values its team members.
