Range Manager
to join our Support Centre team in our High Wycombe or Watford office. Reporting to the
Head of Range, you will create & maintain retail planograms. In addition, you will manage the range strategy process and delivery of the range calendar in consultation with suppliers, retailers, and buyers to deliver the best consumer offer for the brand. The Range team works cross-functionally to support various parts of the business. Role training will be arranged at the offices in Watford & High Wycombe, with flexibility to work remotely to be discussed. What is in it for you

Micro space planning using Space Planning software. Develop relationships with Buyers, Retail teams, Supply Chain, Retailers, and Customers to inform range and space decisions. Influence Store Development team to ensure macro allocation aligns with consumer behavior and store layout performance, identifying opportunities for improvement. Stay updated with competitors and new developments to keep the range & planograms relevant. Analyze data and consumer insights to determine product space allocation and placement. Develop and implement best practice policies, processes, procedures, and guidelines for range and space management. Build simple-to-implement planograms that excite customers and drive sales. Requirements
A degree or equivalent qualification. Experience in range or merchandising roles within a head office environment, preferably in FMCG or Retail. Strong communication and influencing skills. Analytical skills, with experience working extensively with product data. Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs. Experience with space planning software such as Spaceman, JDA, or similar is highly desirable. About us
