Role: SEN Teaching Assistant
Location: Primary School (Hounslow Area)
Salary: £92.00 - £110 per day
Start Date: September 2026

We have a well-established SEN provision and work closely with families and external professionals to support pupils with a range of additional needs.
Main Duties
Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with special educational needs
Assist the class teacher in delivering tailored learning activities
Support pupils’ social, emotional, and behavioural development
Help to implement Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs) and individual support strategies
Monitor and record pupil progress, providing feedback to staff
Foster a safe, engaging, and inclusive learning environmentAbout You
Experience working with children with SEN, ideally in a primary school setting
A patient, caring, and proactive approach
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents
A genuine passion for supporting children’s learning and development
Relevant qualifications or training in SEN (desirable but not essential)
