Working with some of the biggest brands in the world of running, trail, and outdoors, you’ll help drive creative, data-led marketing that inspires our customers and strengthens our brand partnerships. You will supervise and develop the UK Partner Brand Marketing team to optimise productivity, motivation, and job satisfaction while creating cutting-edge campaigns alongside the brands we work with. Optimise digital channel performance. Prioritise tasks in alignment with company requirements and agreed deadlines. Motivate and supervise the UK Marketing team (2 FTE). Ensure consistently high-quality work from all team members. Operate as a key member of the wider marketing team, contributing ideas to the development of team objectives. Key Tasks: Develop, plan, implement, test, and track campaigns across a variety of channels including email, social media, events, influencers, athlete management, and content creation. Manage relationships across multiple brand accounts to optimise coverage and sales while maximising budget opportunities. Manage budgets and relationships across key brand accounts to ensure effective campaign delivery. Maintain the seasonal launch calendar, ensuring all own-brand launches, campaigns, and events are executed on time and to the highest standards. Brief design and content teams to create high-quality campaigns that are on brand, on brief, within budget, and on time. Project-manage weekly website releases, coordinating input from all team members and maintaining excellent relations with the development team. Brief and implement on-site merchandising updates via design and development teams, using CMS to update key brand pages. Attend and manage teams at high-profile industry events, races, and activations, representing SportsShoes. Conduct market research and regular competitor monitoring as appropriate. Work closely with other team members to maximise opportunities via third-party partner relationships. Develop and maintain excellent working relationships with team members, other departments, external stakeholders, and third-party media partners. Contribute ideas to the wider marketing team’s objectives. Write, edit, and proofread copy for various marketing channels, ensuring a consistent brand voice. Undertake any additional tasks as reasonably requested by the Marketing Managers. Who We're Looking For: 3–5 years’ experience in a marketing role. Creative and proactive marketer with proven experience in a similar position. Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with both internal teams and external partners. Data-driven, with the ability to monitor, analyse, and optimise campaign performance. Confident copywriter with strong attention to detail and a consistent brand voice. A team player with a passion for sport, running, fitness, and the outdoors. Flexible and adaptable, able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
