Lead. Inspire. Deliver Excellence. We're looking for an ambitious and motivated Operations Team Leader to join Ruby Energy in Salford. In this pivotal role, you'll lead a high-performing administration team, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and exceptional customer experiences are at the heart of everything we do.
What You'll Do
* Lead, coach, and develop a skilled team of administrators to achieve high levels of accuracy and regulatory compliance.
* Monitor and manage risk through close oversight of industry data flows.
* Produce insightful performance reports for senior management.
* Oversee the onboarding, renewal, and closure of customer contracts including new acquisitions.
* Identify process improvements with customer experience at the forefront.
* Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, managing documentation, policies, and procedures.
* Recognise and mitigate conduct risks, including support for vulnerable customers.
* Drive SLA and KPI performance, escalating issues when necessary.
* Lead daily team meetings and monthly one-to-ones, fostering continuous development and cross-skilling.
* Collaborate with third-party vendors to deliver against key performance metrics.
* Support audits and business initiatives, ensuring smooth process change and strong communication.
